Messe Frankfurt ranks among Europe's three largest exhibition venues with approximately 592,000 m² of gross exhibition space across twelve halls. Architectural landmarks include the Torhaus, Hall 3 with its distinctive wave-roof architecture, and the Festhall Tower. One unique feature is the historic Festhalle from 1909, used for corporate events and gala formats. The Agora outdoor area additionally offers space for open-air presentations — for example vehicle test courses during Automechanika. For booth teams the scale means longer distances between halls, which is why we plan with shift models and strategically located rest points.

Frankfurt Airport handles roughly seventy million passengers annually as Germany's largest airport and lies just ten minutes from the exhibition grounds via S-Bahn. The Frankfurt Messe ICE long-distance station sits directly at Hall 4 — trade visitors from Hamburg, Munich, or Zurich step from the train straight into the halls. Urban lines U4 and U5 serve Festhalle and Messe stations at five-minute intervals. Hotel capacity concentrates in Westend, around Kaiserplatz, and in the banking quarter. This infrastructure allows us to quickly mobilise staff from the entire Rhine-Main region as well as Wiesbaden, Mainz, and Darmstadt.

Frankfurt hosts the European Central Bank, the Deutsche Bundesbank, and about 150 other banks — an environment that demands the highest standards of discretion and professionalism for financial fairs and corporate events. The logistics industry around the FRA Cargo Hub, chemical industry in Industrial Park Höchst, and the traditional publishing landscape (Suhrkamp, S. Fischer, Frankfurter Allgemeine) form further pillars. Staffing requirements are correspondingly varied: from multilingual hosts for international banking conferences to promoters with logistics vocabulary for transport logistic or EPCA.
